Bimanual upper limb therapy is a specialist form of rehabilitation for children and adults with hemiplegia who experience movement difficulties in one hand.

Bimanual therapy consists of carefully planned and repeated practice of two-handed, or bimanual, games and activities to improve an individual’s ability to use their hands together.

Evidence reports that successful programs are required to be intensive as well as fun and motivating for the individual.
